The In-Store Merchant App on my device isn't giving alerts. What do I do?
Our In-Store Merchant App sends instant alerts that appear on your device screen with a ringing sound.
If you’re not seeing these alerts when new orders come in, it’s usually because a setting on your device is blocking them. Follow these steps to check and fix common issues.

Step 1: Enable Notification Settings in the App
- Open the In-Store Merchant App on your device.
- Tap the menu icon (top left corner).
- Go to Settings.
- Turn on the Notification setting to receive full-page alerts.
Step 2: Enable Notifications in Your Device Settings
- Open your device’s Settings.
- Navigate to Applications or Apps.
- Find and select EStore Merchant App.
- Ensure notifications are allowed for the app.
Additional Troubleshooting Tips
- Disable any battery or power-saving settings that put idle apps to sleep, to prevent the app from being shut down automatically.
- Set your device display to Always On (never sleeps or shuts off) and keep the EStore Merchant App open as much as possible.
