Our In-Store Merchant App sends instant alerts that appear on your device screen accompanied by a ringing sound.
If you are not receiving these alerts for new orders, it is likely due to a blocked or disabled setting. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Enable App Notifications
- Open the EStore Merchant App.
- Tap the menu icon (top-left corner).
- Go to Settings.
- Turn on Notifications to receive full-page alerts.

2. Enable Notifications via Device Settings (Android 10 & 11)
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps.
- Select EStore Merchant App.
- Tap Notifications.
- Enable Show Notifications.

3. Disable Background Restrictions
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps.
- Select EStore Merchant App.
- Scroll to Advanced > Battery > Background Restriction.
- Remove any restrictions.


4. Disable Battery Optimization
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See All Apps.
- Select EStore Merchant App.
- Scroll to Advanced > Battery > Battery Optimization.
- Choose All Apps from the dropdown.
- Select EStore Merchant App.
- Choose Don’t Optimize and confirm.



5. Turn Off Battery Saver and Adaptive Battery
- Go to Settings > Battery.
- Disable Battery Saver and Adaptive Battery.

6. Enable Always On Display
- Swipe down twice from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.
- Find and enable Always On Display.
- Keep the EStore Merchant App open to prevent it from being put to sleep.
