Our In-Store Merchant App sends instant alerts that appear on your device screen accompanied by a ringing sound.
If you are not receiving these alerts when new orders come in, it is likely due to certain device settings blocking the notifications. Please follow these steps to ensure alerts function properly:
1. Enable In-Store Merchant App Notification Settings
- Open the EStore Merchant App on your device.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Turn on the Notification setting to receive full-page alerts.

2. Enable Notifications in Device Settings (For Vivo Devices on Funtouch OS 9 / Android 9)
- Go to Settings > More Settings > App Manager.
- Find and select EStore Merchant App.

- Tap Notification.
- Enable notifications by toggling the switch on.

3. Additional Troubleshooting Steps
- Set Battery Mode to Normal
- Go to Settings > Battery.
- Select Normal Mode to prevent the app from being put into idle when your device is inactive.

- Allow Background Power Consumption
- Go to Settings > Battery > High Background Power Consumption.
- Select EStore Merchant App.
- Enable the toggle to allow the app to run in the background and send notifications even when the device is idle.
