Instant Alert Troubleshooting: OnePlus Devices

Detailed troubleshooting instructions for various OxygenOS/Android Versions of OnePlus devices.

Our In-Store Merchant App sends instant alerts that appear on your device screen with a ringing sound.

If you do not see or hear these alerts when new orders arrive, a device setting is likely blocking them. Follow the steps below to enable necessary permissions.

Enable Notifications in the App

1. Open the EStore Merchant App.
2. Tap the menu icon (upper left).
3. Go to Settings.
4. Turn on Notifications to receive full-page alerts.

Configure Device Settings Based on Your OxygenOS Version
Select your OxygenOS version below and follow the instructions:

OxygenOS 5.1.7 (Android 8.1.0)

1. Enable Notifications:
   • Settings > Apps > Application List
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Notifications
   • Enable the toggle.

2. Disable Battery Saver:
   • Settings > Battery > Battery Saver
   • Turn off Battery Saver.

3. Disable Battery Optimization:
   • Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization
   • Select EStore Merchant App
   • Choose Don’t Optimize and tap Done.

OxygenOS 9.0.5 (Android 9)

1. Enable Notifications:
   • Settings > Apps & Notifications
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Notifications
   • Enable notifications.

2. Turn Off Background Restriction:
   • Settings > Apps & Notifications
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Battery > Background Restriction
   • Remove the restriction.

3. Disable Battery Optimization:
   • Settings > Apps & Notifications
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Battery
   • Choose Don’t Optimize and tap Done.

4. Turn Off Battery Saver:
   • Settings > Battery > Battery Saver
   • Turn off Battery Saver.

5. Disable Adaptive Battery:
   • Settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery
   • Turn off Use Adaptive Battery.

OxygenOS 10.3.1 & 11 (Android 10 & 11)

1. Enable Notifications:
   • Settings > Apps & Notifications
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Notifications
   • Enable notifications.

2. Disable Battery Optimization:
   • Settings > Apps & Notifications
   • Select EStore Merchant App > Battery
   • Choose Don’t Optimize and tap Done.

3. Turn Off Battery Saver:
   • Settings > Battery > Battery Saver
   • Turn off Battery Saver.
