If you’re not using an Ekotek device, see instructions for other brands:

If new orders come in and you don't see this instant alert, this is usually because it's being blocked by a certain setting. Here are the settings to check on:
If You Don’t See Instant Alerts, Check These Settings:
1. Enable Notifications in the In-Store Merchant App
- Open the app and tap the menu icon (upper-left corner).
- Go to Settings.
- Turn on the Notification setting for full-page alerts.

2. Enable Notifications in Your Device Settings
- Open Settings > Apps.
- Find and tap EStore Merchant App.
- Tap Notifications.
- Enable Treat as Priority and Allow Peeking.

Additional Troubleshooting Tips
- Disable battery saver mode to prevent the app from being restricted:
Settings > Battery > Tap the menu icon (upper-right) and turn Battery Saver off.
