Cancelling the search for a rider from GrabExpress or Lalamove with the In-Store Merchant App

⚠️ To book or cancel riders in the In-Store Merchant App, make sure Delivery Integration is already set up via the Restaurant Alert + Deliver Shopify App.

🔄 How to Cancel a Rider Search

If you’ve already tapped Book a Rider but want to stop the search:

Step 1
Tap View Rider Booking Details to open the search window.

Step 2
Tap Cancel Search.

🏁 That’s it! You’ve successfully cancelled the rider search. 🏁

ℹ️ What if a rider was booked before you could cancel?
If a rider has already been assigned, follow these steps instead:
