Rebooking of a rider from GrabExpress or MrSpeedy (now known as Borzo) with the In-Store Merchant App
⚠️ To book on-demand couriers within the In-Store Merchant App, Delivery Integration must first be set up through the Restaurant Alert + Deliver Shopify App on your store.
❓ FAQ: What if the Rider Cancels?
If the rider cancels the booking, the app will automatically try to rebook a new rider:
- Up to 3 attempts
- For up to 10 minutes
✅ No manual action is needed, but we recommend checking the status every 5–10 minutes.
🔄 How to Manually Rebook a Rider
If you prefer to rebook manually or if no rider is found, follow these steps:
Step 1
While the app is still searching for a rider, tap View Rider Booking Details to open the search details.
Step 2
Tap Cancel Search.
Step 3
Return to the Order Details page and tap Book A Rider to start a new booking.

🏁 That’s it — your rider has been rebooked! 🏁
💡 Pro Tip: Book riders 15–20 minutes before dispatch time to allow enough buffer for pickup.
