A practical guide to setting up your own online store quickly and easily
Set up your online store in minutes with ZAP E-Store—no technical experience needed. Accept pick-up, delivery, and even reservations anytime, anywhere.
Step 1: Register Your Store
- Fill out the sign-up form to create your store.
- Use an active email address, as this will be used for verification and security alerts.
⚠️ Important: Double-check your store name and other details before submitting. These cannot be changed after registration.

Step 2: Verify Your Account via OTP
- After registering, check your email inbox for a one-time password (OTP).
- Enter the OTP to verify your account and activate your e-store.
⏳ Note: The OTP is valid for 24 hours. Complete verification right away to avoid expiry.

Step 3: Welcome to Your Store
Once verified, you will be automatically signed in.
- Go to the Managed Merchants page to check your subscription and assigned role.
- Click Login to enter your store’s dashboard.

Step 4: Create Your First Branch
- In the sidebar, go to Store Setup > Add Location

- Fill out the form with your branch details
- Click Save


Step 5: Preview and Manage Branch Settings
After creating a branch, you can:
- View and update branch info under Store Setup
- Connect the branch to the In-Store Merchant App
- Enable Pick-Up and Delivery
💡 Good to Know:
New accounts can create and activate one branch only by default.
