- Initial setup: 5–7 working days, assuming all requirements are submitted
- Merchant approval: 3–7 additional working days

Access and Permissions
What permissions will ZAP need if we already have a Shopify account?
- Invite shopify@zap.com.ph with staff account full access
- Once invited, transfer store ownership
Themes and Customization
Are there templates/themes we can choose from?
Yes! We support 5 free Shopify themes commonly used by merchants.
Each theme has its own limitations in design and customization.

Banners and Visuals
What are Category Banners? Do we need to provide them?
Category banners are images shown to represent product categories—often at the top of a category page.
- These vary by theme; some themes do not support category banners.
- You don’t need to provide custom banners—we can use your product photos, though image cropping may vary.
What’s the difference between a main and promotional banner?
They are the same size.
- The main banner is typically placed at the top of the homepage
- Promotional banners may be placed elsewhere on your site to highlight offers or updates
