All About Delivery Rates and Limits
With the Enterprise Plan, you can set and customize delivery fees per branch location based on your preferred pricing strategy. This gives you full control over how much your customers are charged for delivery.
⚠️ Enterprise Plan only: This feature is not available in the Free or Standard plans.
⚠️ Carrier Account required: You must set up your Carrier Account before enabling this feature.
How It Works
Once your delivery rate settings are configured per location, your Shopify store will automatically calculate the customer’s delivery fee based on your matrix. The fee will appear in the checkout total.
Configurable Settings
You can adjust the following options in your Shopify EStore App settings:

- Enable/Disable Delivery Rates per Location
Toggle this on or off depending on whether you want to apply branch-specific delivery fees and radius limits. This is optional and can be controlled per location. - Pricing Policy
Choose how delivery fees are calculated:- Per Kilometer
- Per City
(Rates are set by you, the merchant.)
- Base Fare
This is your starting rate, applied to deliveries within a defined initial range.
Example: P50 for up to 5km. - Price Per Succeeding Kilometer
For deliveries exceeding the base fare range, you can charge an additional fee per extra kilometer. - Maximum Distance
Set the farthest delivery radius you are willing to serve.- If a customer is beyond this distance, they’ll be prompted to choose a nearer branch or informed that delivery isn’t available.
