How do I unlink a device that I’ve added to the Restaurant Alert + Deliver system?
You can unlink a device in two ways:
- From your Shopify Store via the Restaurant Alert + Deliver app settings
- Directly from the In-Store Merchant App on the device itself
Option 1: Unlink via Shopify Store
Step 1:
Log into your Shopify Store, then go to:
Apps > Restaurant Alert + Deliver > Locations
Step 2:
From the list of locations, select the one linked to the device you want to unlink.

Step 3:
On the location details page, look for the Merchant App section.
Click Unlink Device beside the header.

Step 4:
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Unlink Device to confirm.

Option 2: Unlink via In-Store Merchant App
Step 1:
Open the In-Store Merchant App on the device.
Step 2:
Tap the Menu icon (☰) on the upper left corner.
Step 3:
Scroll down and tap Logout.
✅ That’s it — your device is now unlinked!
