How do I disconnect a location that I’ve added to the Restaurant Alert + Deliver system?
Need to remove a branch from your Restaurant Alert + Deliver setup? Follow these quick steps to disconnect a location.
💡 Note: If you simply need to update a branch’s address, map pin, or contact details — there’s no need to disconnect. You can edit the location details directly instead.
Step 1: Access Your Locations
Log into your Shopify Store, then go to:
Apps > Restaurant Alert + Deliver > Locations
Step 2: Select a Location
From the list of connected locations, select the branch you want to disconnect.

Step 3: Click Disconnect
On the location details page, scroll down and click the Disconnect button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4: Confirm the Action
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Disconnect Location to proceed.
✅ That’s it! The location is now disconnected.

What Happens Next?
- The location will now appear as Unlinked on the Locations page of the Restaurant Alert + Deliver app.
⚠️ Disconnecting a location only affects the app. It does not remove the location from your Shopify store.
